Follow this method once every week and you will certainly see a difference! Hot water towel - Helps open up pores making it easier to remove the oil deposit.
Lemon juice/apple mush - Acidic properties help break down oils.
You can use even raw tomato juice as a substitute for lemon or apple...See what works best for you!
Durum wheat flour - great exfoliator since this is a specifically coarse grain. The flour may seem scratchy so you may replace it with oatmeal or granulated sugar.
Milk - gentle cleanser for skin.
Honey - moisturizing cleanser
Cold water - helps close up skin pores (note it should not be freezing cold!).
Rubbing alcohol - anitseptic that kills bacteria, dries out the oil and helps soothe irritated skin.
Rose water - natural toner that is soothing, refreshing and fragrant (best if used slightly chilled!).
Fresh cream - This is optional but my skin feels a bit too taut after the entire cleansing and toning process so I indulge in this to get a more luxurious and soft effect on my skin by moisturizing it with cream.
Tap water - helps remove the excess fresh cream from face and final clean up.
